To register for a class, click on the document at the right, fill them out and sign them,  and send them with your registration/materials fee to the address listed.  Or click on the Paypal link to pay for instruction.  Registration is not complete until payment and registration form is received.  Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirming placement in a class.  (For other payment options, contact the studio.)
